Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy
At Ampro Computers, customer satisfaction is our priority. This policy explains the conditions under which orders may be cancelled, returned, replaced, or refunded.

- Order Cancellation
Before Dispatch
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order or before the order has been dispatched, whichever occurs first.

- Order Number
- Customer Name
- Contact Number
- Reason for Cancellation
After Dispatch
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
Any approved cancellation after payment processing may be subject to deduction of applicable payment gateway or transaction charges.
- Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted only under the following circumstances:
- Product received is damaged during transit.
- Product received is physically defective.
- Incorrect product was delivered.
- Product is dead on arrival (DOA).
Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
- Damaged or Incorrect Product Claims
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

- Photos of Packaging
- Invoice Copy (if available)
- Uncut Unboxing Video
The unboxing video helps us verify transit-related damage and process claims quickly.
Failure to report damage within 48 hours may affect claim eligibility.
- Package Damage During Delivery
If the outer packaging appears:
- Torn
- Opened
- Crushed
- Tampered
Please:
- Mention the damage on the courier Proof of Delivery (POD).
- Take photographs before opening.
- Record an uncut unboxing video.
This information helps in filing claims with courier partners.
- Replacement Policy
A replacement may be offered if:
- The product is defective on arrival.
- The wrong product was delivered.
- The product was damaged during transit.
Replacement requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
All replacement requests are subject to inspection and verification.
- Non-Returnable Items
Returns, replacements, or refunds will generally not be accepted for:
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Products ordered by mistake.
- Compatibility issues not verified before purchase.
- Software, digital licenses, activation keys, subscriptions, or downloadable products.
- Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, improper installation, or unauthorized repair.
- Products with missing serial numbers, labels, or manufacturer seals.
- Bulk or special-order items procured specifically for a customer.
- Manufacturer Warranty
Most products sold on Ampro.in are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.
Warranty terms, repair procedures, and service conditions are governed by the respective manufacturer.
Customers may be required to contact the manufacturer’s authorized service center directly for warranty claims.
- Refund Policy
Refunds will be processed only after:
- Return approval
- Product inspection
- Verification of claim
Once approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Refund Timeline
Approved refunds are generally processed within 7–14 business days from the date of approval.

Products purchased under bulk, corporate, institutional, or special procurement orders may not be eligible for return, replacement, or refund unless otherwise agreed in writing.
